I usually cut these ingredients in half to make a smaller batch for 2.
Full recipe ingredients are as follows:
2 eggs ( I use egg substitute)
1-3/4 c. milk (I use 1%)
1/2 c. margarine or butter (I used unsalted butter)
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
Mix all ingredients well and pour batter onto hot waffle maker, following manufacturer's directions for doneness.
Serve with sugar free syrup, berries, pecans or other toppings as desired.
Allow waffles to bake about 30-45 seconds longer for a nice extra crisp, golden brown color.
Serving Size: Makes 4 medium size belgian waffles
