3 Ripe Bananas
1.5 Tbsp Chia Seeds
3/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
2 Leaves Swiss Chard (with stalk)
3 Leaves Kale (without stalk)
1 Lemon Wedge (no peel)
Add bananas, seeds and water first. Then raspberries.
Slowly add vegetables. Then finally the lemon wedge.
Enjoy! It doesn't look pretty but it's delicious!
Serving Size: Makes 1 full smoothie.
