Ingredients

    *Bragg Organic Olive Oil (Extra Virgin), .3 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
    *Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin Raw, small, 1 serving (remove)
    *Potatoe, Russet (raw, uncooked), 148 gram (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    *Better than Bullion Vegetarian Base, 1 tsp (remove)
    Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Swiss Chard, 4 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

saute the garlic in the oil, then add all the other ingredients except mustard, thyme and white pepper. bring to a boil, simmer until potatoes and broccoli (including stems) are soft, everything is cooked. in pressure cooker, 10 minutes, then let steam release naturally.

use a stick mixer or blender to blend.
