My Vegetable Soup

Introduction

A vegetable soup where the more the Veggie's the merrier ......... Add any you like or take out what you don't like........ A vegetable soup where the more the Veggie's the merrier ......... Add any you like or take out what you don't like........
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    15 oz can Glory Southern Cabbage drained

    4 large carrots sliced

    1 cup coarse chopped onion

    1 cup chopped celery

    4 large potatoes peeled and Cut

    1 small can of corn drained

    15 oz can of cooked tomatoes with okra

    1/2 cup frozen Peas

    1` 15 oz. can black eyed peas

    1/2 cup Bob Red Mill Vegi soup Mix

    2 packets of Beef or Turkey Gravy Mix...

Directions

In 8 cups of boiling water pre-cook all RAW VEGGIES and, Bob Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix.........pour all of this water & Vegetable mixture into a Hot Crock Pot....adding, all canned -or- frozen veggies....and 2 packets of Beef OR Turkey Gravy Mix..........Cook on High setting until all is cooked and all flavors have blended together....
