1.5 lbs very lean roasting beef (trim off extra fat)*
2 cups sliced onions
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper
spice blend as desired
*note: I used "round steak" in the nutrition information because there wasn't a lean roast listed.
Actually you can use any size lean roast, and any amounts of the veggies. Then when you serve, measure out about 3 oz. cooked meat per serving and about 1/2 cup cooked onions and celery per serving.
Serving Size: Each serving should be about 3 oz. cooked meat
