Freezer Breakfast Biscuit Sandwiches




Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 biscuits
    8 slices turkey bacon
    4 slices of cheddar cheese
    8 eggs, scrambled

Directions

Serving Size: Makes 8 sandwiches

Cook bacon. Cook eggs, but do not over cook. Assemble sandwiches: 1 biscuit, 1/8 of egg mixture, 1 bacon slice, and 1/2 slice of cheese.

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Place in freezer bag. Freeze.

To reheat: wrap in paper towel and microwave 1-3 minutes, depending on microwave.
