Meat Loaf - Paleo/ Whole 30 compliant - MBG

Introduction

Very tasty make-ahead meatloaf for packing lunches etc. Very tasty make-ahead meatloaf for packing lunches etc.
Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    1.5 pounds Beef, ground 90% lean grass fed
    1.5 pounds turkey, Thigh, Ground,
    1.5 lb. Ground Turkey breast
    2 large Green Peppers, chopped
    1 huge Purple Onion - about 3 cup
    2 cans (4 oz) Mushrooms
    6 eggs, jumbo
    1 15 oz. can Glen Muir Tomato Sauce
    1 15 oz can Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce
    Herbs de Provence 1 Tbsp. approx
    Salt 3/4 tsp approx.

Tips

Pour off excess drippings (filled one 15 oz can!) and cool slightly. Eat one, plan to freeze three.
When completely cool, wrap in foil and freeze.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except pizza sauce together using kitchen aid stand mixer. Split this lrge batch into 2 bowls.
Pack into lightly oiled (olive oil) pans (about 4).
Top meatloaves with pizza sauce.
Bake at 360 degrees for about 60-80 minutes, unil done.

Serving Size: 26 slices (4 meatloafs, 6 slices in 3; 8 slices in 4th.
