Ingredients

    1 Orange, peeled

    1 Grapefruit, peeled

    1 Apple

    3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

    1 Carrot, chopped

    1/2 Cup Zucchini, chopped

    1" Cube Ginger Root, chopped

    1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

Throw it all in the blender, one by one, until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 smoothies
