Introduction

Delicious, easy and warm soup for a cold day! Delicious, easy and warm soup for a cold day!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, browned and fat drained
    1 onion, diced
    1 can corn
    2 cans back or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cans of water
    1 pkg taco seasoning or 1 oz. homemade taco seasoning
    1 pkg hidden valley ranch seasoning
    2 cans petite diced tomatoes


Tips

top with diced avocado, black olives, cheese or other desired taco toppings. (be sure to add these calories)


Directions

Place all ingredients into a crock pot on high. Once it comes to a simmer, turn to low for 3-4 hours. Or cook on high for 1-2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1-cup servings
