Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3-15 oz cans of Chili Beans in Sauce
    2 quarts of my frozen tomatos (chopped fresh, then frozen)
    1 qt of my tomato-kale soup
    2 pints of my salsa
    2 c. dried kale (equivalent to at least 4 c of raw)
    2 T chili powder
    1 lb lean ground beef, browned with onions and garlic
    1/2 c onions
    4 cloves garlic

Tips

Using my garden produce to make this healthy, rich, hearty meal in the middle of winter bodes the hope of the summer to come!


Directions

Brown beef with onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes, kale, salsa, chili powder.
Simmer for 30 min or 3 hours.
