Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

    Cream of Celery Soup, 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Creamette Elbow Macaroni, 3 cup uncooked
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 6 breasts

Directions

Shred chicken, separate 1 cup cheese to the side.

Mix all ingredients together (pasta uncooked) put in a 8x13 pan. sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 350 for an hour
