Ingredients

    5 oz chicken breast or fish
    8 oz plain yogurt
    1/4 T corriander and cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon pepper and tumeric
    1 T lemon juice

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
add yogurt and lemon juice
add chicken/fish and marinate overnight
