Crockpot Cheesy Chicken

Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken breast
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
    2/3 cup of weight watchers shredded cheese (mexican blend)

Directions

Smear cream of mushroom soup all over the bottom of the slow cooker.
Put Chicken on top of the cream of mushroom soup. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Add frozen vegetables on top of the chicken.
Add cheese on top of frozen vegetables.
Let cook on low for 4-6 hours depending on your cooker.
Mix all ingredients up after cooking and let cool for ten minutes before serving.
