Chicken Celery Soup

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups chicken broth
    100 g Chicken Breast, cut up into cubes
    2 cups diced Celery
    1/2 t. Poultry Spice Blend
    1 Bay Leaf
    2 cloves Garlic, Diced
    Cayenne pepper (to taste)
    Salt (to taste)
    Black Pepper (to taste)


Directions

Simmer the chicken broth in a medium size pot with the garlic and all the spices. Mix in the chicken and celery. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes or more until chicken is fully cooked and the celery is tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
