Chicken Shepards Pie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Chicken
    3 Med Potatoes
    1 Cup chopped Onion
    8 oz Fresh sliced Mushrooms
    2 tsp Celery Salt
    12 oz Frozen Cut Green Beans
    10 oz Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1/3 Cup Light Sour Cream
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    3 tbls All Purpose Flour

Directions

Put Potatoes on to boil. In deep pan or stock pot brown chicken, onion, mushrooms and celery salt. While meat is browning cook green beans. Once meat is browned reduce heat to low (simmer), add green beans and flour. Mix well. Add broth and again mix well. Simmer till sauce thickens. Spray (Pam) a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spread meat mixture in pan. Mash potatoes with the sour cream and spread over top of meat mixture. Bake in preheated over at 325 till potatoes are golden.
