Ingredients

    1/2 onion, pealed and left whole
    1 can Hunts fire roasted garlic tomatoes (blended)
    1/4 cup red lentils
    2 fillets of cod
    1/4 cup organic chicken broth
    1 cup (amount varies for your taste) filtered water

    season to taste

Directions

blend can of tomatoes in blender if you don't like tomato texture, add frozen cod, half an onion left whole (simmers for flavor, chop up if you prefer to eat it) water and broth, cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until fish just falls apart and lentils are soft. You can cook longer to infuse flavors. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic or any other herb you prefer.
