Garlic and Onion Chicken

Introduction

An easy dish to throw in the oven when you want something delicious. An easy dish to throw in the oven when you want something delicious.

Ingredients

    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tbsp. thyme
    1 tbsp. sage

Tips

Substitute halved shallots for onions if you're feeling fancy!


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut chicken breast into bite sized chunks. Sear in a smidge of olive oil, then transfer to a baking dish. Add garlic, onion, and herbs. Add remaining olive oil. Stir to coat.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
