Low Carb Meatloaf

Introduction

Yum. Great for dinner or even better left over for lunch. Yum. Great for dinner or even better left over for lunch.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 tblsp. steak seasoning or seasoned salt
    *Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    Ground Beef (lean), 36 oz (remove)
    *Yellow Onion - 1 Cup Chopped,
    *Fresh Zuchinni 3 cup (shredded)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Dry Mustard, 1 tsp
    Fried pork skin crushed- 2 cup

    Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 2 cup (or 1 can)

Tips

Make sure your tomato sauce has no sugar!
Pairs well with mashed cauliflower :)
I calculated without the steak salt so if sodium is an issue, leave it out


Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for the tomato sauce.press into loaf pan(s).
spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
bake in preheated oven.
350 degrees 1 hour

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves, 18 slices
