Gluten Free Pizza (cooking light gf recipe)

Ingredients

    For the crust:
    2 1/4 tsp yeast
    2 1/2 tsp sugar
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup brown rice flour
    1/2 cup cornstarch
    2 tsp xantham gum
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp cider vinegar

    Toppings:
    51 pieces of turkey peperoni
    3 cups mozerella cheese
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp italian dried spices

Directions

Mix all crust ingredients, roll out on greased pizza stone. Bake for 10 minutes @ 425 degrees. Remove from oven and place toppings on crust. Then bake for additional 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
