This is done with pork loin, but can be done with chicken - Best cooked in a slow cooker
Use water instead of oil to seal the meat to lower fat option

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Carrots sliced
    Pork Loint 400g cut into cubes
    Jar Of Adli's Spanish Chicken
    1 tbsp of oil to seal the meat (replace with water if desired)

Tips

Can be done in the oven (160 C) for a about 30 minutes


Directions

Seal the meat
Put the carrots in the slow cooker (or oven proof dish)
Put the meat on top
Pour in sauce
Cook in slow cooker
