1 cup water
1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh in season)
1 handful parsley*
2 leaves kale*
They provide essential alkaline minerals such as calcium and
magnesium that are not found in sufficient quantities in fruits,
nuts and seeds.
*For a variation (my favourite!), try replacing the parsley and the kale with a big
handful of red kale leaves!
Serving Size: Makes just over one smoothie
