Pat's Veggie Soup

Introduction

Low cal and very satisfying. Low cal and very satisfying.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups Kale, chopped
    1 sm head cabbage, chopped
    2 cups Carrots, chopped
    2 stalks Celery, diced
    1 cup Red Onions, chopped
    2 cans Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    6 cups Chicken Broth
    2 sm cans Black beans

Tips

Add any veggies you like. Serve with warm, crusty bread.


Directions

Chop all the veggies and pour into large stock pot. Add broth and cans of tomatoes. Cook on Medium heat for 20 minutes. Add beans and heat through.
