Low calorie Banana Bread

Introduction

Tastes great and really good for you! Tastes great and really good for you!

Ingredients

    2 TBS Chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of water
    1/2 cup Splenda
    7 TBS egg whites
    3 Ripe mashed Bananas
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup White flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    3 TBS Skim Milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    approx. 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon

Tips

You can also add raisins or chocolate chips for added flavour.


Directions

mix together all wet ingredients, slowly add dry ingredients. once thouroughly mixed together, pour into a parchment lined loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes
