2 TBS Chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup Splenda
7 TBS egg whites
3 Ripe mashed Bananas
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup White flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 TBS Skim Milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
approx. 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon
You can also add raisins or chocolate chips for added flavour.
