Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Number of Servings: 8


    - 1/2 cup coconut oil
    - 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    - 1/2 cup peanut butter
    - 1/4 cup honey
    - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


1. Melt coconut oil slightly. Enough so you can mix it, but you don't want it hot.
2. Mix in all other ingredients.
3. Add fudge to cupcake liners about half way full.
4. Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
