1 jar VH Asian 5 Spice Stir-fry sauce
4 cups Arctic Gardens Stir-Fry Frozen Vegetables - Thai
1 lb Chicken Breast - thinly sliced
2 tbsp Canola Oil
Uncle Ben's Jasmine Rice - 35ml/30g, 6 servings - cooked
Add vegetables and remaining oil. Cook 5-7 mins or until tender crisp.
Add Sauce, coating all ingredients completely. Serve over rice.
