Ingredients

    Chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms,
    Fish sauce, oyster sauce, Thai chilli sauce, brown sugar,
    Lime juice, soy sauce

Directions

Mix 2tbsp of each sauce, 2 tsp lime juice, minced garlic & brown sugar for sauce. Cut chicken and vegetables pieces. Cook chicken in oil for a few minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Stir fry vegetables for about 3 minutes, add half the sauce, fry 2 more minutes. Add chicken, cook until chicken is cooked through. Add more sauce to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 2-cup servings
