Broccoli rice casserole

Ingredients

    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)

Directions

Saute onions in some olive oil. Mix all ingred. together and put in an 8 x 8 pan. Place in 350 oven for 30-45 min.
