Ingredients

    Stewed Tomatoes
    *Red Bell Pepper
    *Raw White Onion
    Beef, round steak
    *Celery salt
    *French’s Worchestershire Sauce
    *Morton Table Salt
    Pepper, black,
    Olive Oil

Directions

Cut steak into 4 pieces; dredge in flour. Quickly brown in olive oil in non-stick skillet. Add all other ingredients; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender. Serve over whole wheat egg noodles.
