Shelia's beef stew

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chuck roast
    6 oz baby carrots
    2 med potatoes (appx 14 oz)
    1 med onion (appx 6.1 oz)
    1 10 oz can Rotel
    1 14.5 oz can green beans
    2 Tbsp Chili sauce
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 sm pkg splenda

Directions

Cut roast into bite size pieces and brown in skillet. When browned transfer to large pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer until beef and vegetables are tender.
