Introduction

I use castor sugar not granualted sugar,
We add walnuts at home , or chocolate chips or minicmarshmellows for school

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients


    Castor Sugar, 1 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large 70gr eggs
    margarine light sunnyvale, 150 gram(s)
    (salt reduced if possible)
    *Flour, white, .5 cup

    optional : chocolate chips , mini marshmellows or walnuts

Directions

turn on oven to 150degrees ( 300f)
beat margarine and sugar until creamy
add eggs one at a time beating weel each time
fold in sifted flour and cocoa
( mix in walnuts or choc chips etc if using them)
spoon into greased and lined slice tin
bake in moderate oven for 30-40 minutes
allow to cool in tin, then cut , dust with icing sugar or cocoa powder
store in airtight container
14 carbs per brownie, ( without choc chips)
56% carbs with choc chips
