Pasta with Broccolette

Introduction

Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 14 oz
    Broccolette, 900 gram(s) or 2 pounds
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Salt, 1 dash
    Anchovy (anchovies), 15 grams or 1 tbsp

Directions

heat the 2 tbsp oil in a pan with the garlic. when the garlic is brown, remove the garlic and add the broccolette and the anchovies and cook until tender. in a separate pot cook the pasta according to the instructions: boil the water, add salt, when water boils again add pasta, stir and leave boiling for however many minutes are on the pasta box. pasta should be "al dente". DO NOT wash or cool down the pasta. drain the pasta then put it in the pan with the broccolette and stir until the pasta picks up the broccolette, when done add the remaining oil ("a crudo"). serve with pepper, red pepper or parmesan cheese to taste.
