Madina's Salad Wrap

Introduction

made this when we were craving cheetos! it tasted better than the cheetos and we ended up having it fr lunch the next day too! made this when we were craving cheetos! it tasted better than the cheetos and we ended up having it fr lunch the next day too!

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat or flour tortilla
    1.5 c salad greens (tastes best with spinach)
    1.5 tsp. lemon poppyseed dressing
    1.5 tsp caesar dressing
    .25 shredded carrots
    1 tbsp. crushed wanton strips

Tips

it also tastes good if you throw in a 1/8 c. of kidney beans


Directions

1. mix all ingredients but wrap together in a medium bowl
2. place inside tortilla and wrap! enjoy with a glass of ice cold water!
