Honey's Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean trimmed stew meat
    1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Saute onions in pan until clear. Set aside. Brown meat in pan until all water and juice is gone. In Crockpot, add all other ingredients, add onion and meat. Season with additional salt to taste. Cook on high for 3 hours or until meat is soft. Serve and enjoy!
