Italain Pasta salad

Ingredients

    12 oz cooked , strained pasta
    1/2 cup chopped black and green polives
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup small cubed cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1/2 cup lite italian dressing

Tips

for a main dish I add dry tuna and toss it in. Adds lots of protien and flavor.


Directions

Cook pasta until tender, strain and rinse. Place in large bowl. While pasta cooking chop vegetables and cheese.
Put in bowl with cooked pasta. toss around. pour dressing over and toss. Chill at least one hour prior to serving.


Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
