Ingredients

    red bell peppers
    lean ground beef or turkey
    diced tomatoes
    tomato sauce
    chicken broth
    beef broth
    brown rice

    optional: onions, garlic

Tips

Use a big crockpot, my standard size was overflowing.


Directions

Brown beef, put everything in crockpot, cook on low for 6 hours.
