Ingredients

    2/3 c rolled oats-gluten free
    2 t cinnamon
    2 t vanilla extract
    30 gr almonds, chopped
    3/4 c PB2 chocolate peanut flour
    1-2 T soy milk powder mixed w/1-2 c H2O
    2 c hemp protein powder, nutiva
    40 gr pumpkin seeds
    4 T hemp seed
    30 gr raisins
    30 gr dry cranberries
    1/2 c ground flaxseed
    3 servings plant-based protein powder, nitrofusion vanilla
    1 t almond extract
    50 drops liquid stevia

Directions

Mix all together, first dry ingredients, then add the wet ones. Put all into 8" x 12" or 2 @ 8"x8" oiled pan. Refrigerate 1/2 hour to a couple of hours. Cut into 24 pieces and wrap in waxpaper. Remember- use as little liquid as possible!
