Chrissy's Pasta Fagiola

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 TBSP olive oil
    Quick Sauce mixture (about 10-12 basil leaves,5 cloves of garlic, and 2 peppers, hot or sweet, blended in food processor)
    28 oz. can whole tomates
    2 cans red kidney beans, mostly drained, not rinsed
    13.25 oz. box Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add quick sauce mixture and saute for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes. Crush with potato masher. Stir and let simmer on low for about 40 minutes. Turn off heat and add kidney beans. Let stand for about 3 hours to absorb flavors.

Turn heat back on the sauce mixture. Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain pasta reserving liquid. Add pasta to sauce mixture and add cooking liquid to desired soup consistency. Sean with salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve with Bread and salad. ( not included in calorie count)
