Fill espresso maker with about 1 c. water. Add 1 T. ground coffee beans to make about 4 fl. oz. of coffee (dark roasts are best). While that's brewing, put 1 T. chocolate sauce (I prefer Toriani) into a mug. Add coffee once it's brewed. Set aside.
Using the espresso maker's milk steamer attachment, steam about 6 oz. skim milk until bottom of the glass is too hot to touch. Add to mug and stir.
