Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean gound beef
    2 large stalks of celery
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 Green Pepper Chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 (1lb) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (29 oz.) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    1 (6oz.) can Hunt's tomatoe paste
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
    6 Beef Bouillon Cubes
    1 (8.5 oz.) Lima Beans (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    10 Cups of Water

Tips

My family loves this soup on a cold day with biscuits.


Directions

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic cloves. Drain off fat. In large stoc pot add water, bouillon, Tomato sauce an paste bring to a boil. Add all other ingredents, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy
