Introduction

my mom used to make these whenever we wanted fish and had no time to go catch some. my mom used to make these whenever we wanted fish and had no time to go catch some.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 5-oz can Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, boneless/skinless, in water
    1 large egg
    1 handful (about one quarter to one half cup) of Goldfish


Tips

I have also used a handful of crumbled saltine crackers, but the Goldfish get more attention from my little girl.


Directions

Spray pan/griddle with non-stick cooking spray or melt butter on it, set to medium high heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using hands, form small patties and drop them into hot pan/griddle. Cook for about 4 minutes, flip. When both sides are light brown, enjoy!
