    1 c. part-skim ricotta cheese
    6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
    6 oz. finely chopped cooked ham
    2 teaspoon oregano leaves
    6 ready-to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuit (1 oz each)


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In bowl combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
3. Roll each biscuit between 2 sheets of wax paper, forming four 6" circles.
4. Spoon 1/6 of cheese mixture onto center of each.
5. Moisten edge of dough slightly, then fold each circle over, turnover style, forming 4 calzones.
6. Using tines of fork, press edges to seal.
7. Spray baking sheet with nostick cooking spray and place turnovers on sheet; bake untilgolden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: 1 calzone per serving
