Low Carb Fried chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *almond meal, 4 tbsp
    peanut oil to fry
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Whisk the egg with salt and pepper and dip the chicken in egg mixture. Transfer to a dish with almond meal to cover it and fry until done.
