Baked tomatoes with tunaSubmitted by: RENA1965
2 meduim tomatoes
30 grams toast bread
25 grams chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic crushed
chopped dild to tast
80grams of tuna in water
Place the bread in cold water. Steam onion, garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes then remover from heat.
Squeeze the water out of the bread and mix it with the tomato and tuna mixture. Fill the tomatoes and place the tops back on.
Bake them in a oven dish at 200-225oc for 12-15 minutes.
