4 cups of romaine lettuce
1 cup of chopped onions
2 cloves of garlic
0.5 cup of salsa
4 tbsp Reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp chili powder
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 15.5 oz can of kidney beans drained and rinsed
-Replace the olive oil for cooking spray to reduce calories.

-You can leave a bit of the salsa from the cooking to top the salad together with the sour cream.
Chop the onions and garlic and brown with the turkey meat and chili powder in the olive oil. Add the salsa and let it cook for about 5 minutes in medium heat, then add the beans and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve over a bed of lettuce (or any greens you wish) and top with a tbsp of fat free sour cream.
