Tofu, firm, 150 grams
Rice flour, brown, 15 grams
Sliced Cabbage, fresh, 100 grams
Sliced Brussels sprouts, fresh, 60 grams
Diced Onions 25 Grams
Passata, 150 grams (Sieved Tomatoes)
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
This is very filling, you can serve it on its own but it is ideal with pasta. Just an experiemnt any ideas and improvements welcome.
2. Put the olive oil in a pan, fry the onions and seasonings together until onions are browned
3. Add brussel sprouts and cabbage, fry until cooked as desired.
4. Add tofu and give it all a good mix up.
5. Pour in Passata, allow to simmer for 5 mins
Its now ready to serve, season with salt and pepper if desired
