Ingredients

    250g chicken breast cut in pieces
    1 onion chopped
    .5 green pepper chopped
    .5 red pepper
    black pepper "
    1 clove of garlic crushed
    2 tomatoes chopped
    1/4 c raisins
    1 tsp honey
    .5 tsp oil
    1tsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4tsp mixed herbs

Directions

Brown chicken in oil.
Add pepper,onion, garlic & peppers and cook for 5 mins.
Add honey, curry powder, herbs, raisins & tomatoes and cook, covered on low heat for 30 mins. Serve with boiled rice.
