Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients


    Cook brocoli seperatly in a bit of water ( keep the water once cooked)
    Chop redOnions
    Head a pan with the oil
    Once hot, add onions and cook until tender
    Add garlic and cook 30 seconds while constantly stiring,
    Add the sesame seeds
    Add brocoli
    Add Beans, black, .75 cup (remove)
    Add the Shiitake Mushrooms and a bit of the brocoli cooking water to make it humid enough to rehydrate the mushrooms
    Add the Maple Syrup in the end, it will give it a crisp
    (remove)
