Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 Cups Brown long grain rice precooked and refriderated over night
    One can chunked pineapple unsweetened
    One container of lite coolwhip

Tips

I always make enough rice for dinner to use this reciept. The kids love it and it is easy to make.


Directions

Precook rice according to pacakge. Cool. wrap tight and put in refrideg over night.
Chill Pineapple over night also.
Right before serving mix all three together.
Remaining portions can be stored in an air tight container until ready to use.
