Gluten Free Seed Bars

Introduction

May use whatever seeds/nuts you desire just add or subtract some peanut butter, syrup and honey to accommodate the extras. May use whatever seeds/nuts you desire just add or subtract some peanut butter, syrup and honey to accommodate the extras.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    Rice Krispies Cereal, 1 cup
    Sliced Almonds, 1 cup
    Craisins, 1 cup
    Coconut, sweetened or non-sweetened, 1 cup
    Shelled Sunflower Seeds, 1 cup
    Flax Seed, 1cup
    Peanut Butter, 1 1/3 cup
    Light Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked
    Light Corn Syrup, 1/2 cup
    Honey, 1/2-3/4 cup






Directions

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt karo syrup and brown sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir for one minute and remove from heat, add peanut butter and stir. Pour warm mixture over dry ingredients and coat thoroughly. Grease 9X13 pan and press mixture into pan. Cut rows 6x6 to make 36 bars. Enjoy!
