Quick Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner

Introduction

This is a simple week night dinner that practically cooks itself and is low on calories. This is a simple week night dinner that practically cooks itself and is low on calories.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    You will need 6 simple ingredients.

    1 whole fryer chicken thawed and rinsed
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup grainy mustard
    1/3 oliv oil
    1/4 cup butter
    Salt to taste

Directions

thaw chicken and thouraly rinse off, then place in slow cooker. In a seperate bowl add all other ingredients ( I added my salt at this time to) mix well and pour over chicken. Set slow cooker to low and leave for 8 hours.
